Upon Arrival… Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service to fill out appropriate paperwork.

Quiet Please… Please turn off your cell phone. We are a whisper only facility. Gift Certificates…Dolce Skin Care Gift Certificates are as beautiful to give as they are to receive. Gift Certiicates are available for any treatment(s) or in any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments… We accept credit cards, checks and cash upon completion of your procedures. If a credit and/ or debit card is used there will be a 5% convenience fee added to the transaction.
Refunds…All pre-paid packages are given at a reduced rate and are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Series packages must be used within 4 months of original purchase date. All retail sales are FINAL.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals… Please extend us the courtesy of a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price. This amount must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment. If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be reduced to end as scheduled allowing our therapist to take their next scheduled appointment on time.
